We are inviting all interested contractors/suppliers to submit their best quotation for the PROCUREMENT FOR THE RENEWAL OF ONE (1) YEAR CLOUD HOSTING SERVICES FOR TWO (2) WEBSITES FOR THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (NDC):

SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Server Specification:
a) 8GB memory
b) 2 core processor
c) 160 SSD disk
d) 5TB Data Transfer
e) Windows Server

2. Manage/Operate existing Amazon Web Services account of the company
3. Upload instances in the account of the company
4. Monthly back-up of sites to avoid loss of data
5. Secure account to avoid breach of corporate data
6. An on-call technical support/account manager
7. 24-hour guaranteed uptime
8. May provide additional websites, as needed, to be billed by the supplier to NDC.

PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT: One (1) Year
APPROVED BUDGET OF THE CONTRACT: One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PHP 150,000), inclusive of all applicable taxes
