Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement for the Renewal of Network Intrusion Prevention, Network Visibility and Server Security Solutions

1. The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (PhP 8,000,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Renewal of Network Intrusion Prevention, Network Visibility and Server Security Solutions with identifi cation number PB-GS-23-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Foreign Affairs now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Contractor shall deliver and install/confi gure the ICT equipment, their peripherals , and licenses within thirty (30) working days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
