We are inviting all interested suppliers to submit their best quotation for the PROCUREMENT FOR THE RENEWAL OF EMAIL HOSTING SERVICES FOR 100 USERS WITH STORAGE FOR FILES FOR THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (NDC):
SCOPE OF WORK:
a) Email Hosting for One (1) year;
b) Workspace Business Starter (30GB Disk Space each) for 100 Users;
c) Admin Access for email accounts;
d) 24/7 Technical Support and back-up of files thru service provider cloud;
e) An on-call Account Manager to address any concern;
f) Retain NDC-s existing email accounts with their specific files;
g) Access to drive web-based document, spread sheet, and presentation;
h) The e-mail should be capable for mobile app;
i) Security features: User can manage privacy settings and application permission; Spam and Malware protection, and enhanced safe browsing;
j) Include regular security validation and results should be reported to NDC weekly
