INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of Relief Goods for Prepositioning Purposes during Emergencies
1. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2025 70% Pre-Disaster Preparedness Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand (PhP400,000.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Relief Goods for Prepositioning Purposes during Emergencies, /MDRRMO-211-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids Procurement of Relief Goods for Prepositioning Purposes during Emergencies. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days upon issuance of NTP/PO. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
