Advertisement No. 2025-097

1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Five Pesos only (PhP 464,475.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Procurement of Relief Goods for Calamity Preparedness with Advertisement Number 2025-097. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for Procurement of Relief Goods for Calamity Preparedness. Delivery of the Goods is required after Receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
