PROCUREMENT RELATED TO OPERATIONALIZATION OF AIR QUALITY MONITORING STATIONS WITHIN NCR: (PM10, PM2.5, and SO2)

1. The Environmental Management Bureau - National Capital Region (EMB-NCR), through the GAA-Capital Outlay 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Million Pesos (Php 45,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement Related to Operationalization of Air Quality Monitoring Stations within NCR: (PM10, PM2.5, and SO2) PR No.: 2025-02-087, ITB No. EMB-NCR-NCB-GOODS-2025-07-01-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The EMB-NCR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 90 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
