INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF THE REFURBISHMENT OF ROOM A223 OF THE METROPOLITAN THEATER CONFERENCE ROOM (PB2025-005)

1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA), through the CY 2025 National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,700,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of the Refurbishment of Room A223 of the Metropolitan Theater Conference Room. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL COMMISION FOR THE CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
