Description : The Environmental Management Bureau-10 through the MOOE for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos Only (Php 25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 2025-11-365 Procurement of Reference/Equivalent Continuous Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Station (CAAQMS) Capable of Monitoring Complete Parameter. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
