PROCUREMENT OF REAL ESTATE DOCUMENTATION, DUE DILIGENCE AND PROFILING SERVICES
(Project Reference No. 2025-NP2FB-RDPS-040-03)

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget intends to procure Real Estate Documentation, Due Diligence and Profiling Services and apply the total amount of Four Million Pesos (PHP 4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the foregoing Procurement. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. PSALM now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required by March 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
