1.The LGU-San Jorge, Samar, through PMNP Trust Funds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Seven Hundred-Fifty Pesos (Php 141,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Ready-to-Eat Food for Stunted 6-23 Months Old Children, and Lactating Women Supplemental Feeding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
