The services shall include the following activities:

1. Inspection of the project.
2. Dismantling of affected remaining ceiling for boys- toilet room.
3. Dismantling of plumbing fixtures.
4. Chipping of floor tiles.
5. Excavation works.
6. Roughing-ins of new plumbing line.
7. Tapping of new lines to outdoor main sanitary line.
8. Testing of fixtures and leak test.
9. Retiling of affected areas.
10. Concreting of manhole for sewer.
11. Installation of the existing plumbing fixtures.
12. Cleaning and refurbishing.
