PROCUREMENT OF RAINCOATS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2024

1. The Police Regional Office 2 through PNP TR Approved Program of Expenditures - Receipts for the month of November 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php294,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Raincoats for the Month of November with Project Identification Number PRO2-2025-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Police Regional Office 2 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
