Procurement of Radio Placement for Various
Programs/Campaigns of the DOH
IB NO. 2025-083

1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) of 2025
intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Philippine Pesos (PhP20,000,000.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement
of Radio Placement for Various/Campaigns of the DOH under IB No. 2025-083. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of
the Goods is required within the period specified under SECTION VI. Schedule of
Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within four (4) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least fifty
