The Local Government Unit of Barbaza Antique, through its Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Trust Fund (PHILHEALTH TRUST FUND, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY PESOS ONLY (Php 267,640.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF RABIES VACCINES AND TETANUS TOXOID NEEDED IN THE OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Barbaza Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instruction Bidder). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184.
