Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF RABIES VACCINE FOR USE AT THE LA PAZ MEDICARE AND COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ten Pesos Only (PhP 1,210,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement Of Rabies Vaccine For Use At The La Paz Medicare And Community Hospital / B-G-2025-298. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, regardless of the number of years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project.
