  Description : PROCUREMENT OF QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE OF AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS IN CSC REGIONAL AND FIELD OFFICES (JANUARY 1, 2025 TO DECEMBER 31, 2025) (Lot 1)
  
  LOCATION / AREA:
  CSC Regional Office VI, CSC FOs Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo and Negros Occidental
  
  SCOPE OF WORKS:
  1. General cleaning of AC Units (Indoor & Outdoor) reclogging of drain lines;
  2. Cleaning of AC body parts and filters;
  3. Check refrigerant gas content;
  4. Retighten screw/lubricate all moving parts to eliminate unusual sound;
  5. Check AC wiring, Terminal dips, and Circuit breaker;
  6. Check motor compressor/electrical motor for proper draw; and
  7. Check the whole system for cooling performance.
  
  OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. Free service call and response time of one (1) day;
  2. Parts that need replacement are not included on this contract;
