INVITATION TO BID

1.0 The Municipal Government of Carles, Province of Iloilo through its Annual Budget Appropriations (Capital Outlay CY 2025 20% Development Fund) intends to apply the sum of One million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,340,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Public Information, Education and communication ( IEC) Campaign Equipment/ Facility ( Mobile Audio-Visual Equipment and accessories). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.0 The Municipal Government of Carles - Bids and Awards Committee now invites bid for the Procurement of Public Information, Education and communication ( IEC) Campaign Equipment/ Facility ( Mobile Audio-Visual Equipment and accessories).
