  Description : 1. FUNDING AND PROJECT DETAILS
  The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region III, through the General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of the amount indicated below as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the specified project, for which this Request for Quotation is issued:
