PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR NFA REGION XIV FOR THE PERIOD COVERING FEBRUARY 1 - DECEMBER 31, 2025

PROJECT REFERENCE NO.: NFA14-SECURITY-2024-L-015

1. The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA)-Region XIV, through its Corporate Operating Budget for 2025, intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE & 37/100 PESOS (₱ 13,617,593.37) being the yearly Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) earmarked and to be applied to payments for the contract Procurement of Security Services for NFA Region XIV for the period covering FEBRUARY 1, 2025 to DECEMBER 31, 2025. Bids received in excess of the aforesaid yearly ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Contract to be awarded shall be subject to GPPB Guidelines on the implementation of Early Procurement Activity (GPPB Circular 06-2019) which provides that this contract may only be awarded upon the approval and effectivity of the respective funding source.
