Ilayang Dupay, Lucena City, through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement under Small Value Procurement for the Project: PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF POSTAGE AND COURIER SERVICE FOR THE YEAR 2025 in accordance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
