Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to contract the Services of an EXHITION AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT to Handle the Booth Design, Installation, Fabrication, and Dismantling of the DOT Region 2 Booth and to arrange and provide the Rooms for Accommodation with Breakfast and Transporation Expenses re participation to the 36th Philippine Travel Mart(PTM) on September 5-7, 2025 at SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 4:00:00 PM, August 08, 2025 subject to the Terms and Conditions provided in the Terms of Reference.
