1. The Department of Education - Schools Division Office (SDO) of Oriental Mindoro, through the FY 2024 GAA (RO-4B-25-00544) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-three Pesos & 95/100 (Php 7,240,633.95) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION & DISTRIBUTION OF 2nd QUARTER TRANSITION LEARNING RESOURCES LESSON EXEMPLARS & LEARNING ACTIVITY SHEETS) FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MATATAG CURRICULUM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
