FURNISHINGS AND OTHER CIVIL WORKS
• Surface Preparation
• After priming surface, mixture is prepared and applied to measured area for first coat.
• The second coat is applied 1-2 hours on the opposite direction.
WATER SUPPLY
• Pipes are laid out with fittings installed and should be hand tight.
Note: Provide adequate construction safety sighnage and billboards; Clearing, cleaning, and disposing of construction materials from the project site. Proper turn-over.
