Description : Invitation to Bid for Procurement of the
Proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility and Guard House

1. The Environmental Management Bureau - Cordillera Administrative Region (EMB-CAR), intends to apply the sum of One Million Three-Hundred Six Thousand, Six Pesos and 32/100 Only (P1,306,006.32) charged under Regular Agency Fund (Fund 101) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility and Guard House. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The EMB-CAR now invites bids for the Procurement of Proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility and Guard House. Completion of the Works is required thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
