1.The Barangay Don Andres Soriano, through the 20% Development Fund 2025-2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos & 21/100 (P 5,255,689.21) eing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of the Proposed Repair of DAS Public Complex, Barangay Don Andres Soriano, Toledo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening
