1. PROJECT
Procurement of promotional materials Bamboo Fountain Pen with Bamboo Case and "Love the Philippines" Branding/Logo via Direct Transfer Sticker aims to support the official MOA/MOU signing ceremonies, and various official events, conferences, and courtesy calls.
11. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Supplier must have at least three (3) years of experience in producing and supplying similar items to ensure product quality and reliability.
2. Supplier must be willing to transact on a send-bill arrangement.
3. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be inclusive of delivery charges, VAT, and other related expenses and applicable government taxes.
4. Supplier must submit an actual sample of the item upon submission of quotation for end-user approval.
5. Supplier must be PhilGEPS registered.
