TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Ill. PURPOSE 1 OBJECTIVES
The Department of Tourism is in need of a service provider in the Philippines engaged in the business of production of IEC and promotional materials for Balik Bayani sa Turismo in participation to the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo OFW Serbisyo Caravan.
These materials aim to raise awareness, encourage participation, and strengthen DOT's engagement with the global Filipino community by showcasing inclusive tourism opportunities for returning OFWs.
Objectives:
1 . Promote Awareness — Introduce and visually communicate the core components of Balik-Bayani sa Turismo and its subprograms, including:
o OFW Reintegration Training Programs o Investment Opportunities for Nation's Tourism (IPON Tourism) o OFW Teach-it Forward Program
