1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the Socio-Cultural Program intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (240,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Procurement of Professional Services of Photographer and Videographer for the Celebration of 77th Araw ng Compostela and 19th Buganihan Festival with Project Identification No. 2025-094. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
