NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CONSULTING FIRMS:
The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), through the Procurement Planning and Management Division (PPMD), intends to engage the services of a consultant indicated in this Request for Proposal (RFP), in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
Eligible consultants of known qualifications are hereby invited to submit their proposals, signed by the duly authorized representative, on or before the deadline indicated above, subject to the Terms of Reference (TOR) attached as Annex “A” and the Terms and Conditions (TOC) provided in this RFP.
