1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the Trust Liabilities-DRRM 2021 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,600,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-GS-2025-010 Procurement of Professional Services for Geotechnical Investigation and Complete Engineering Design for the Proposed Quirino PDRRMO Building and Command Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
