The Department of Tourism, Region 2 through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Five Thousand Philippine Peso (Php 2,505,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the Procurement of Professional Services for the Design, Fabrication, Installation and Dismantling of Exhibition Booths and Pavilions, and Event Staging (DOT2 - BAC IB No. 2025-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
