The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure PROFESSIONAL MUSEUM CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE FREEDOM MEMORIAL MUSEUM GALLERY through Small Value Procurement - Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 15,000.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
