III. PURPOSE / OBJECTIVES
The Department of Tourism is in need of a service provider in the Philippines engaged in the business of production of IEC and promotional materials for Balik Bayani sa Turismo in participation to the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo - OFW Serbisyo Caravan.
These materials aim to raise awareness, encourage participation, and strengthen DOT-s engagement with the global Filipino community by showcasing inclusive tourism opportunities for returning OFWs.
Objectives:
1. Promote Awareness - Introduce and visually communicate the core components of Balik-Bayani sa Turismo and its subprograms, including:

○ OFW Reintegration Training Programs
○ Investment Opportunities for Nation-s Tourism (IPON Tourism)
○ OFW Teach-it Forward Program
