Description : The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) under the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 2,300.000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF A PROJECT CONSULTANT FOR THE REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REPORT CARD SURVEY 2.0 FIRST (1ST) CYCLE AND ENHANCEMENTS ON THE METHODOLOGY, TOOLS, AND IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES under Public Bidding No. 2025-07-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
