Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF PROCUREMENT OF FRUITS 2026 (EPA)

1) The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, is conducting the Procurement of Fruits 2026 (EPA) / 2025-35 through the early procurement activity (EPA) for Fiscal Year 2026, consistent with Section 12 of RA 12009, where the procuring entity is allowed to undertake the procurement activities short of an award.

The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos Only (P 7,886,675.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fruits 2026 (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital now invites bids for Procurement of Fruits 2026 (EPA) using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB).
