Terms of Reference

I. Standard Requirements: Reagent with tie-up machine
A. Provision of ONE (1) unit Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer (FIA), Point of Care Testing (POCT) machine
B. Machine must be brand new or 2 years and below in the market.
C. Provision of CONTROLS, CALIBRATORS AND OTHER CONSUMABLES needed to run the machine during the entire duration
of the contract.
D. Must have installation in at least three (3) or more government or private institution with good performance record.
E. Provision of working table (as needed), Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with built-in Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR),
power-on-delay (POD), Surge Protection.
F. Supply of thermal paper for printing of results during the entire contract period.
G. Guarantee letter in case the expiration is less than 12 months
H. The manufacturer must be established business with a minimum of five (5) years of continuous operation in the laboratory
equipment industry.
