Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR CF - ILOCOS NORTE UNDER ITB NO. CB25-07-043COR
1. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Six Pesos and 64/100 (PhP7,587,386.64), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Private Security Agency for Three (3) Years for CF - Ilocos Norte.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGCOR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The contract shall be enforced for a period of three (3) years and shall commence within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt by the winning bidder of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
