1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGGAO, CAGAYAN, SHORT OF AWARD intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Four Pesos and 96/100 (PhP 4,156,554.96)being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement for the printing of composition, writing and spring notebook to be distributed to private and public elementary, secondary and Senior High School in the Municipality (G-2024-12-140). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
