P.R. No. MC2025-09-0113 - Procurement of Printing, Binding and Delivery of BPSU Student Handbook

1. The Bataan Peninsula State University, through the RIF - Retained Income Fund (Student Handbook) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty-seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php1,527,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Printing, Binding and Delivery of BPSU Student Handbook Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bataan Peninsula State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery Period is Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon the commencement date indicated in the NTP. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
