Description : NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS

INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF 20 EXHIBIT CATALOGUES

1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA), through the National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Printing and Delivery of 20 Exhibit Catalogues PB No. 2025-001 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL COMMISION FOR THE CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
