The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure PRINTER AND SCANNERS through Small Value Procurement - Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 122,500.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
