1. Service Provider must be responsible for formatting and editing of designs/layouts to ensure high-definition printing quality of every flyers;
2. Materials must meet minimum specification of materials;
3. Inclusive of folding and trimming if necessary;
4. Service Provider must coordinate with DTI-Samar and submit formatted and edited design copies for approval prior to mass printing;
5. Final outputs must be free from errors, smudges, or misprints;
6. Service Provider must maintain confidentiality of all IEC content and designs;
