Description : 1. The Department of Finance, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Project, Procurement of Primary High Availability Internet Subscription for the Department of Finance - IB No. 2025-01-G. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Finance now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from receipt of the Notice to Proceed until December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
