Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement for Primary and Backup Dedicated Internet Leased Line for CY 2026
ITB 2025-10-017E

1) The INSTITUTE FOR LABOR STUDIES (ILS), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱1,400,000.00) for LOT No. 1 - Primary Dedicated Internet Leased Line (ITB 2025-10-015E-A) and Six Hundred Thousand Pesos only (₱600,000.00) for LOT No. 2 - Back-Up Dedicated Internet Leased Line (ITB 2025-10-015E-B) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The INSTITUTE FOR LABOR STUDIES now invites bids for Procurement for Primary and Backup Dedicated Internet Leased Line for CY 2026 using the Early Procurement Activities.
