lot Preventive Maintenance Services for the installed Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) int he DOLE XI Regional Office Building. Including the checking of existing fire extinguishers, fire hose, and fire cabinets and other fire safety equipment 1
Maintenance services will be conducted quarterly, or every last week of the months of May, July, September, and December for CY 2025, and/or as needed

Include detailed inspection services for the following items:
a. Fire alarm main control panel
b. Smoke detectors
c. Heat detectors
d. Fire alarm floor activation panels
e. Pipes, brackets, and piping accessories
f. Submission of written status/maintenance report every after the conduct of preventive maintenance services
g. Services shall be inclusive of consumables such as oils, grease, lubricants, screws, bolts, adhesives, shall be free of charge
