Scope of Works:
1. Quarterly Preventive Maintenance w/
General cleaning of 54 units (indoor and outdoor) conducted every 3rd week of the 3rd month of each quarter
(March, June, September, December)

2. Diagnostic check up of all units supported by Report of Diagnostic Check Up
3. Recommendation report for repair works requirements, if any; and
4. After sales warranty provided.
