PROCUREMENT OF PREPAREDNESS & EMERGENCY SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER SUPPORT LOGISTICS FOR THE DIVISION OFFICE AND SCHOOLS

1. The Department of Education - Division of Agusan del Norte through the Sub-Allotment Release Order No.: RO-13-25-00147 worth Php 2,000,000.00 and Sub-Allotment Release Order No.: 13-24-00398 worth Php 822,000.00 for a total of TWO MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php 2,822,000.00), intends to apply the sum being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF PREPAREDNESS & EMERGENCY SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER SUPPORT LOGISTICS FOR THE DIVISION OFFICE AND SCHOOLS with the PROJECT / CONTRACT ID NUMBER: Goods-DRRM-2025-238-242. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
