Sir/Ma-am:

The Local Government Unit of Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will
undertake Procurement of Prepaid Cards for Communication and Internet Allowance of
Municipal Officials and Employees and Various Offices of the LGU with an approved budget for
the contract (ABC) of Fifty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five and Sixteen Centavos
(Php. 56,675.16).

The procurement will be undertaken through alternative method of procurement: Negotiated
Procurement (Small Value Procurement) in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised
Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate
information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope
not later than 10:00 AM of February 21, 2025 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Municipal
Building, Poblacion, Luba, Abra.
