Description : Objective:

The purpose of procuring Premium Support for Rubrik Back-up Appliance and Cloud Storage Back-up Subscription will ensure that the cloud data management software and appliance are updated with the latest version and equipment is in good running condition to provide continuous archiving of mission-critical systems and data. Also, it will enable IPOPHL to have completely isolated, immutable copies of mission critical data and systems archived off-site to support recovery from cyber attacks and natural disasters.

Approved Budget for Contract

The budget for the said procurement shall be sourced from the IPOPHL for the calendar year 2023.
The Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) is PhP2.5M inclusive of government taxes and other fees and charges.

Technical Specifications

The winning bidder shall be responsible for the following:
Provide subscription support for both hardware and cloud data management for a period of 1 year
Provide 30 BETB of cloud based archival storage
