Description : 1. The Batangas State University Pablo Borbon, through the MDS 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Portable X-ray Machine for College of Medicine at Batangas State University Pablo Borbon (Re-bidding). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Batangas State University Pablo Borbon now invites bids for Procurement of Portable X-ray Machine for College of Medicine at Batangas State University Pablo Borbon (Re-bidding). Delivery of the goods is required of thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
